Cancellations
- Order placed - The applicable Transaction Fee and Credit Card Processing Fee will be deducted
- Order canceled - The Transaction Fee will be refunded only if the cancellation is initiated by the customer of MoreCommerce. Credit Card Processing fees are generally nonrefundable.
Returns
- Order placed - The applicable Transaction Fee and Credit Card Processing Fee will be deducted
- Order delivered - The payment for the order will be credited to your account
- Return initiated - The previously credited order payment will be deducted from your account. If the Depending on the return reason and the sales channel on which the order took place, the deduction may include a return shipping fee and the previously assessed Transaction Fee may be refunded. Credit Card Processing fees are generally nonrefundable.
- Return canceled - The deduction applied to your account when the return was initiated will be reversed including, if applicable, the return shipping cost and Transaction Fee. If the shipping label associated with a return is unused for 30 days, the return will automatically be canceled.
