Inventory Buffer

Inventory Buffer allows merchants more control of your products by reducing inventory for each product available for purchase.
When set, the value of Inventory Buffer will be used to deduct from the Shopify inventory amount.

You may wish to set an inventory buffer to ensure not to run out of stock for certain products.

Example: Product 123A on Shopify has Quantity of 100.
Setting Inventory Buffer to 10 will reduce the quantity imported, making the quantity = 90 in MoreCommerce.

From Integrations menu --> select Shopify App --> scroll to "Inventory Settings" section --> enter Buffer value --> click "Import my products" Buffer field.

This setting will apply to all products and variations.

Max Quantity

Max quantity will limit inventory max value when Shopify inventory is greater than max quantity.

Example: Product 123A on Shopify has Quantity of 100.
Setting Max Quantity to 75 will limit the quantity imported, making the quantity = 75 in MoreCommerce.

When both Inventory Buffer and Max Quantity are set, inventory quantity will be reduced, then limit applied if necessary.

Setting Max Inventory
From Integrations menu --> select Shopify App --> scroll to "Inventory Settings" section --> enter Max Quantity value --> click "Import my products" Buffer field.

This setting will apply to all products and variations.
