By default, MoreCommerce merchants/products are opted into the Economy Ground shipping service, which requires all orders for standard products be shipped within 2 business days and delivered within 10 business days.
Eligible merchants may also be given the option to select from a variety of other shipping service levels, which are described on our Shipping Service Levels help article.
Provided this feature is enabled for your account, the easiest way to set and apply your new shipping services to your account will be to use the Bulk Edit option, which can be done as follows:
- Select Shipping Settings from the Fulfillment menu within your account
- Set your defaults for Ground Shipping (either Economy Ground or Standard Ground)
- Select Expedited 1 Day and/or Expedited 2 Day if you are interested in offering corresponding faster services for any of your product listings
- Navigate to the Bulk Add/Edit page under the Products menu
- Click the "Download Full Product File" button to download a CSV with all your products
- Update the following columns as desired and save the file in CSV format
