By default, MoreCommerce merchants/products are opted into the Economy Ground shipping service, which requires all orders for standard products be shipped within 2 business days and delivered within 10 business days.
Eligible merchants may also be given the option to select from a variety of other shipping service levels, all of which come along with their own shipping and delivery time requirements as described below.
If this option is enabled in your account, you will be able to select the default details associated with your additional shipping service levels from your Shipping Settings page found in the Fulfillment menu. Once you have completed this section, you will be able to select these additional shipping options in Add Product, Product Imports or Merchant API.

Handling Time Override (as of 02/Oct/2023) - Merchants have the ability to change the default Handling Time value using one of the methods below:

MC CSV Import
- New column in CSV product files: GroundHandlingTime (number of days needed to ship the product)

Accepted values depends on the GroundService selected:
- 0-5 Days for ECONOMY_GROUND or INTL_GROUND,
- 0-3 Days for STANDARD_GROUND,
- 0-2 Days for STANDARD_4_DAY_GROUND, STANDARD_3_DAY_GROUND,
- 0-10 Days for FREIGHT_GROUND
- New column, GroundHandlingTime, will be present in the product export file

MC Merchants API
- New field handingTime in the Merchants API product calls in the profile object: shippingDetails.profiles
- Only valid for Ground profiles

Customizable products are exempt from these requirements and instead must by shipped within the ship time specified in the product details, which can vary from 1 to 10 business days, and delivered within 15 business days - with the exception of International Economy which still allows 20 business days for delivery for such products.
Shipments which do not meet these requirements may be subject to penalties as described in our Merchant Quality of Service Agreements.
