The MoreCommerce channel automatically syncs all active products which are available on your online store with MoreCommerce channel. Product status changes on your Shopify store will be updated in MoreCommerce upon completion of the synchronization process. Refer to Syncing Frequency section to understand how timing of syncs works for your products.
After installing the MoreCommerce channel from Shopify App store and successfully logging into the MoreCommerce App, all active products in your Shopify store will automatically be sent to MoreCommerce to create a product catalog. The product catalog on MoreCommerce channel manages all products available to Owned & Operated sites, Google, Facebook, eBay, Walmart and Google Merchant Channel. If you make a product available to the MoreCommerce channel, it can be used on any of these sites, depending on your plan selection.
To ensure all products on MorCommerce are active, you may need to add required product data.
Most products only need the following information added:
- Shipping Charge
Refer to the Synced Fields Table to view which data elements are sync with MoreCommerce.
Note: Shopify is the single source for your product data.
Changes made in MoreCommerce’s Merchant Dashboard will not be reflected on your Shopify store.
