When your Shopify products sync after installing the MoreCommerce channel application, there may be product publishing errors. If products are missing information that MoreCommerce requires, then it will be flagged as “Rejected” on the Product Listing page of the MoreCommerce channel.
When a product has errors associated with it, they will need to be resolved before it becomes “Active” in the MoreCommerce channel.
- From your store's Shopify admin, go to Sales channels > MoreCommerce.
- In the Published Products section, click "Manage Products".
- Review any publishing errors for products, and make the required changes to product information.
- Click Save.
