MoreCommerce has a series of statuses used to define the state of your products on MoreCommerce. You will see these statuses on the MoreCommerce app on Shopify, as well as the MoreCommerce.com toolkit when you visit. Below is a brief overview of each. Any questions as to why your products are in a particular state can be addressed to our Merchant Help team via our Contact Page.
If you’re a new subscriber to MoreCommerce, your products will all start in Pending. This gives our team a chance to review them for missing attributes needed on the various marketplaces, as well as merchandise them within our sites. Eligible products usually leave pending status within 48 hours. Other products that may be caught in our product filters (such as weapons, drugs, etc.) will also immediately fall into this status until reviewed by our Trust and Safety team.
Products in an Active state are available for purchase on one more sites within our marketplace network. You may get sales on these products at any time.
These products have been manually marked as inactive on MoreCommerce.com. These products are not available for sale but can be marked as active at any point.
Initially, all products imported from Shopify will start in draft status. This is because the products require a weight and category to be placed for sale. Our Merchant Success team will be working with you to quickly add these attributes to your products to move them to Active status. Additionally, any other products that are incomplete are not ready to move to active status will live in Draft.
Products in this status are ineligible for sale on the MoreCommerce network and all partner networks. This is most likely due to the product being in a restricted category or you have not provided sufficient documentation of your legal ability to sell these products.
