MoreCommerce lets you see how you're doing when it comes to processing orders quickly on your "Orders" page. There you'll see your shipping performance stats for orders placed in the past 30 days:
These stats refresh in real time as you process your orders.
As you look at your numbers, you'll notice:
- Average Time to Process
- Average Time in Processing
- Average Delivery Time
Average Time to Process = The time between when an order was placed and when it was marked "processed," or when the shipping label for that order was requested. (We use the shipping label request date whenever it's available.)
Average Time in Processing = The time between when an order was marked "processed" or a shipping label was requested and when the order was actually shipped. This means picked up and scanned by a shipping carrier.
Average Delivery Time = The time between when an order was placed and when it was delivered.
All averages include business and non-business days.

Custom products have different shipping requirements. However, they must be delivered within 15 business days. View our policy for complete details.
Why are these stats important?
Because they tell you how you're performing when it comes to processing orders. Shoppers want prompt shipping, so you should aim to ship all your orders as quickly as possible to keep them happy. You'll also avoid late-shipping fees that way.
Do I get penalized for delinquent orders?
Yes, late shipments will result in shipping time penalties. Read more about penalties.
Do I get rewarded for great shipping performance?
You will in the future. MoreCommerce plans to reward merchants who ship quickly with higher rankings in search results and in other ways, too. We're exploring the idea of introducing a new "Great Shipper" badge, which shoppers should love. Stay tuned.
Where do you get shipping carrier data?
MoreCommerce uses a third-party service to collect shipping data from most U.S. and global shipping carriers. Shipping data is based on the tracking number you provide when you mark an order "processed." You must provide a valid tracking number for all orders. If you don't, you may incur fees.
What if I'm missing shipping data that should be there? (I've provided a valid tracking number?)
MoreCommerce anticipates that some orders may have missing shipping data due to technical issues. If this occurs, you will not be penalized. Just contact our Merchant Support team.
What about custom, personalized and made-to-order products?
These products are exempt from the processing requirement, but they must be delivered within 15 business days. As you're listing these products, be sure to mark them as custom items and provide an estimate of how long it will take you to ship the products.
What if processing/shipping an order is taking me longer because of delays in communication with my shopper? For instance, if I need more info to fulfill an order?
If you do not hear back from the shopper within 2 business days, please contact MoreCommerce's Merchant Support team. We'll work to speed up communication so the order isn't delayed.
