MoreCommerce's fees make sense: We only make money when you make money.
Once you've set up your Merchant Plan, MoreCommerce charges a fee for each sale you make:
- A 15% transaction fee
- A 3% payment processing fee

(Also note that you may only process transactions through our platform. You cannot collect credit card information or accept PayPal payments.)
MoreCommerce may refund fees under certain circumstances described in the our Merchant Fees & Payment Terms.
MoreCommerce will refund fees when:
- Our Trust and Safety Team cancels an order during a security review.
- A shopper cancels her order while it is In Review or Pending.
MoreCommerce won't refund fees if:
- You (the merchant) cancel an order.
- You've signed a Premium Product or managed account agreement with special fee rules.
If a shopper returns a product and we determine that the shopper was responsible for the return, we'll refund the transaction fee minus the credit card processing fee. If we determine that you, the merchant, are responsible for the return (e.g. the shopper receives a defective product) then we won't refund the fees. The Merchant Quality of Service Agreements provide more details about return policies.
