MoreCommerce's Holiday Returns Program was created to help you meet the expectations of today's online shoppers. Offering extended holiday returns gives shoppers peace of mind and reassurance that, even if their gifts aren’t perfect the first time, they can still return them after the holidays and try again.
To make it easy, and to ensure you don't miss out on sales during the busiest shopping season of the year, all products offered on our owned and operated sites (OpenSky, Dot & Bo, Gemafina and 11 Main) which are currently returnable within 14 days will automatically update on November 8, 2021, to be part of our Holiday Returns Program.
This means all such products purchased between November 8, 2021 and December 15, 2021, can be returned until January 7, 2022. These products will still abide by the same guidelines as our current return policy, however, it gives shoppers a little more time to return their items, and most importantly, gives them the confidence to buy.
Please also note that orders placed through the 3rd party channels we support will be subject to their respective return policies, including any applicable holiday returns programs. For example, for orders placed through Amazon this year, most items purchased from October 1, 2021 through the end of the year will be returnable through January 31, 2022.
