Offering shoppers the option to exchange a product rather than returning it is a great way to keep the sale and make the customer happy.
MoreCommerce recommends offering exchanges and will gladly facilitate exchange requests. In order to do so, we’re asking you to let us know if you accept exchanges or not.

As you make your selection, please keep this in mind:
- Only products that are eligible for returns are eligible for exchanges. I.e. custom products and products in certain categories cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Your selection to accept or not accept exchanges applies to all products that are eligible for returns. You cannot control exchange policy on product level.
- Exchanges are an option to returns and have the same expiry rules
If you tell us you do not accept exchanges, MoreCommerce will let the shopper know they aren’t an option.
If you tell us you do accept exchanges, we will promote this option to shoppers and facilitate exchange requests. We’ll then work with you and the shopper to find a suitable alternative to the product they ordered.
Note that MoreCommerce will not charge the shopper for additional shipping, so you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the new item. If there is a problem with the exchanged product, for instance if it's damaged, not as described, etc., you may be asked to provide a return shipping label as well. Otherwise, we may have to process a return at your expense as noted in our return policy.
