Fraud Review Process
To protect our merchants, all orders go through a review process to ensure they're valid. During this time, orders display on the "Review" tab of your "Orders" page.
MoreCommerce review period usually lasts less than 48 hours, and you likely won't notice it. However, in some instances, the review can take several days so orders may stay on the "Review" tab for several days.
Orders on the "Review" tab don't display a shipping address to prevent you from shipping an order that our team may cancel.
MoreCommerce cancels orders for several reasons, including:
- The shopper did not respond to us.
- The shopper exceeds the number of orders we allow a single shopper to place on our site in a single day.
- The order exceeds the minimum threshold for a fraud review score because of size, type, address conflicts or something else.
If the order is canceled, MoreCommerce will let you know through email or a push notification. This is why you may receive cancellation notices for orders you never saw.
If the order is approved, it will be moved to the "Pending" tab of your "Orders" page. Once orders are on this tab, you can process them.
