MoreCommerce's search index updates periodically, so it may take some time before your products begin to show up in search results. (This timeline is longer for new stores.) Once your products are indexed by our search engine, users will be able to search for your brand or products via targeted keywords.
Not seeing your products in search results?
The most likely cause is that your product is indexed but other products are listed before it. This is especially common for broad search terms like "jewelry," which has tens of thousands of search results. To confirm this, check to see if your product is listed for more specific search terms, such as your business name or a specific ingredient.
Another possibility is your products haven't been indexed yet. For new merchants, this can take some time - new stores aren't included in search results until our team has reviewed and confirmed that all products meet our product requirements and the store follows overall best practices.
You'll also want to make sure you're well stocked. Every 24 hours, our system automatically removes sold out products from browse and search pages. If you restock a sold out product, please note that it may take up to 24 hours to update in our system.

Remember, MoreCommerce shoppers often discover new products via our recommendation algorithms or by browsing different product categories. We frequently update the site's search result rankings to best match shoppers' interests. Typically, the rankings take popularity into account, so getting lots of followers and product loves is the best way to improve your products' search ranks.
Please also note that "keyword stuffing" and other tactics designed to "trick" the search engine are prohibited by the Merchant Rules.
