Creating a New Product
You can create products 1 at a time or bulk import your products from another site, like Shopify and Bigcommerce. Here we'll show you how to add products, 1 by 1.
To start, go to your Merchant Toolkit, hover over the "Products" tab and click "Add Product."
As you enter information, also notice that we enter information for you in some fields, for instance the SEO Description and keywords fields. You can delete or modify what we enter as you wish.
If your product is a custom product, for instance if a shopper must submit customization details, such as a name, be sure to check the "The Buyer can choose product customization/personalization" box in the "Product Details" section.
Remember that all non-custom orders must show a carrier pick-up via the provided tracking info within 2 business days of the order being placed. Custom products are exempt from this requirement. Learn more about customized products.
Once you're done entering the product information, you can save the listing as a draft and come back to it later, or you can publish it right away.
Please note that once you publish a product, you cannot delete it. You can only unpublish (or hide) the product. If your product contains variations (such as size and color), you can learn more about creating and editing these types of products in our helpful guide on variations.
Editing a ProductYou can edit a product in 2 ways: 1 product at a time, or by performing a Bulk Edit and updating multiple products at once.
Here, we'll show you how to edit a single product. To start, click on the "Products" tab in your Merchant Toolkit to view all your products.
Next, find the appropriate product—you may find the "Search" and/or the filters useful—and click the "Edit" button.
Make your changes and save the product when you're done.
