We have updated the following Policies pages as of October 23, 2024:
Among these changes, you will notice the following updates:
- Prohibited Competitor Fulfillment Services. Merchants are now strictly prohibited from using competitor fulfillment services, such as Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) or Walmart Fulfillment Service (WFS), for any orders placed through the MoreCommerce Platform. All orders must be fulfilled through the Merchant's own logistics or third-party services that do not compete directly with MoreCommerce. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to MoreCommerce Marketplace channels.
- Auto Cancellation Policy for Late Orders. If tracking information is not uploaded within 2 days after the Merchant’s shipping service Handle Time, the order will be subject to automatic cancellation, and the customer will be refunded at the Merchant’s expense. This applies even if the customer ultimately receives the product.
- Failure to Respond Policy. Merchants must respond to any customer or order-related concerns within 2 business days. Failure to respond within this time frame will result in the concern being resolved in favor of the customer. Additionally, the Merchant’s account may be suspended until communication is reestablished and the issue is fully resolved.
- Minimum Settlement Threshold. For any settlement amounts under $100, MoreCommerce may hold the deposit for up to 90 days or until the total balance to be deposited exceeds $100, whichever occurs first. This is intended to streamline payments and reduce the frequency of small transactions
