In certain cases, MoreCommerce will take action on your account due performance related issues and will require that you submit an approved Plan of Action (POA) before any related restrictions can be removed.
An effective Plan of Action (POA) should generally include the following:
- Explanation of what happened (including root cause and details supporting this analysis)
- Steps taken to remedy the situation
- Plan to avoid a recurrence of this problem
- Documents and/or evidence which support your plan as applicable
If your Plan of Action (POA) does not satisfy all of these requirements, it will be rejected and you will be required to submit an updates plan for your case to be considered further.
